Thank you for shopping with IMRAH Perfumes. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation with delivery details.


2. Shipping Within UAE

IMRAH delivers across the United Arab Emirates through trusted third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 1–2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

IMRAH may occasionally offer free delivery promotions for orders within the UAE.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

IMRAH offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within the UAE.

COD terms include:

  • Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery to the courier.

  • Customers must ensure the exact or correct payment amount is available during delivery.

  • Orders placed with COD may be confirmed by phone or message before dispatch.

  • IMRAH reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation cannot be obtained.

COD Refusal Policy

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:

  • IMRAH reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer.

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be required to prepay for future orders.


5. Third-Party Courier Responsibility

IMRAH uses independent courier companies for deliveries.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier:

  • Delivery timelines are managed by the courier company.

  • IMRAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

IMRAH will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • customer unavailability

  • incorrect contact information

  • refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and arrange a suitable resolution.
