Return & Refund Policy – IMRAH

At IMRAH Perfumes, we strive to provide high-quality fragrance products. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item arrived defective

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order to report any issues.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All items must be returned with original labels and box

IMRAH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The perfume has been opened or used

  • The customer does not like the fragrance

  • The product was damaged due to misuse

  • The return request was made after the allowed timeframe

Because fragrance preference is subjective, refunds cannot be issued based on personal scent preference.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to:

  • damaged product

  • wrong item sent by IMRAH

we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
